About the position
A highly respected and established wealth management practice, is seeking a skilled Paraplanner to strengthen its advisory support function. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who values accuracy, compliance, and delivering high-quality financial planning support within a reputable, long-term focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare compliant, accurate financial plans aligned to client objectives and risk profiles
- Perform detailed cashflow modelling, retirement projections, and scenario analysis
- Conduct investment research and comparative analysis, considering tax and legislative implications
- Compile Records of Advice, client review reports, and adviser presentation packs
- Ensure all documentation complies with FAIS, FICA, FSCA, and internal compliance frameworks
- Maintain audit-ready records and accurate CRM data
- Provide technical support to advisers before and after client meetings
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in a paraplanning, wealth management, or advisory environment
- Solid working knowledge of investments, retirement planning, and financial planning principles
- Proven experience with cashflow modelling and financial analysis
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Advanced report-writing skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning systems (e.g. myPractice)
- Relevant qualification or studies toward Financial Planning / Wealth Management / CFP®
