In this role, you'll provide critical administrative support to Wealth Planners, ensuring seamless client service delivery. Your responsibilities will span calendar management, meeting deadlines, and managing client queries, while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance. You'll handle the full spectrum of investment product administration, from retirement annuities and living annuities to discretionary investments and tax-free savings. You'll also take ownership of new business processes, including preparing application forms, obtaining supporting documents, and following up on submissions. Alongside this, you'll keep client information current, manage CRM updates, and help facilitate smooth client meetings.
You'll join a respected financial services provider specialising in wealth planning and investment solutions. You'll need Matric as a minimum, with at least 3 years' experience in investment administration. A solid grasp of investment products and compliance processes is key, along with strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. Above all, your ability to communicate effectively in Afrikaans and work to deadlines will set you apart.
