About the position
A leading private trauma facility in Johannesburg is looking for an experienced Unit Manager to lead their fast-paced Trauma Unit. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, organised, and able to lead effectively in high-pressure situations.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with SANC
- Post basic Trauma qualification essential
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing Management advantageous
- 3-5 years' Trauma leadership experience
- Strong decision-making and emergency coordination skills
