About the position
Perform all work relating to the processing function of insurance policies (including data capturing on in-house programme). This includes processing of new policies, endorsements to existing policies, renewal of policies and any other processing/admin related function relating to the processing of policies.
Responsibilities
- Processing of new policies
- Endorsements to policies
- Month-end close offs
Experience & Quailification
- Incumbent should have matric or equivalent qualification
- Certificate/diploma in office administration
- 3 years' experience in a similar environment will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of short-term insurance will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of general administration duties
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Computer literacy
Desired Skills:
