ENVIRONMENT:

YOU’RE part salesperson, part problem-solver, and part air traffic controller — balancing volume with precision… Filling the role of a Trade Reservations Consultant wanted by a dynamic Tourism and Hospitality company providing luxury accommodation, you will be the first point of contact and the steady hand behind every smooth reservation. From quick getaways to last-minute calls, you manage the transient guest experience with speed, clarity, and care. You'll convert inquiries into bookings, maximize room revenue, and make sure no detail slips through the cracks.

• Experience in Hospitality, Reservations, Customer Service, or anything that required multitasking on a timer.

• Fluent, persuasive, and friendly — your written and spoken English lands every time.
