About the position
?? We’re Hiring: Test Automation Specialist (SAP Finance / TOSCA)
Are you passionate about finance, testing, and automation? We’re looking for a skilled Test Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring high-quality financial systems delivery.
? What You’ll Do:
- Design, plan, and execute manual & automated test cases for SAP Finance (FICO).
- Create and maintain test scripts, data, and automation frameworks using TOSCA and JIRA (X-ray).
- Analyse test processes, identify bugs, and drive automation improvements.
- Collaborate across business, IT, and testing teams locally and internationally.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to colleagues on test automation best practices.
? What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of financial processes & accounting.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Finance (FICO) and TOSCA (MUST-HAVE!).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies & collaborative work environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to solve test process challenges.
- Flexible with international travel (planned/unplanned).
?? Qualifications & Experience:
- BCOM in Accounting / Information Systems (minimum).
- ISTQB + Tricentis Tosca certification.
- 2+ years in business analysis & test management.
- Advantage: German language skills and SAP Finance backend/programming experience.
