Job Description
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for
various software applications.
Lead and mentor junior QA testers, providing guidance and support in testing practices
and methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution.
Perform regression, performance, and load testing to validate software functionality and performance.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and
effectiveness.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on manual and automated testing.
Essential Skills Requirements:
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) is highly desirable.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python for test automation.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in
a team environment.
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
Advantageous Skills Requirements:
Experience in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
