Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and identify potential clients within your designated sales territory.
• Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Present and demonstrate our range of hydraulic systems and components to prospective and current clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to provide customized solutions for client needs.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities and market trends.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience is highly advantageous, especially within the hydraulics or industrial equipment sector.
• A strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• A valid South African driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• A diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, sales, marketing) is beneficial.

Location: Cape Town

Salary: Basic salary ranging from R20,000 to R25,000 per month, with on-target earnings (OTE) of R40,000, depending on experience.
