Our client is looking to employ a Technical Sales Representative based in Pinelands, Cape Town
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for SLAs and technical services
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly SLA revenue targets
- Deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to meet client needs
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and growth opportunities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients
- Conduct needs assessments and technical consultations to align services with client requirements
- Serve as the primary contact for SLA clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention
Technical Services Responsibilities
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company technical offerings, including software certified support, managed services, cloud solutions, and infrastructure support
- Collaborate with technical teams to scope and price complex service solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor services
- Coordinate with the service delivery team for smooth SLA onboarding and execution.
- Monitor service performance and manage resolution of client issue
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matriculation certificate is a must!
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Business / Sales
- 3 years Technical Sales Rep experience/ IT Service/ Software Industry
- Proven track record of meeting /exceeding sales targets
- Own Transport and Drivers' License is a must!
- Familiarity with CRM Systems / Sales reporting tools
