Our client is looking to employ a Technical Sales Representative based in Pinelands, Cape Town

RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for SLAs and technical services
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly SLA revenue targets
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to meet client needs
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and growth opportunities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Conduct needs assessments and technical consultations to align services with client requirements
  • Serve as the primary contact for SLA clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention
Technical Services Responsibilities

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company technical offerings, including software certified support, managed services, cloud solutions, and infrastructure support
  • Collaborate with technical teams to scope and price complex service solutions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor services
  • Coordinate with the service delivery team for smooth SLA onboarding and execution.
  • Monitor service performance and manage resolution of client issue

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Matriculation certificate is a must!
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Business / Sales
  • 3 years Technical Sales Rep experience/ IT Service/ Software Industry
  • Proven track record of meeting /exceeding sales targets
  • Own Transport and Drivers' License is a must!
  • Familiarity with CRM Systems / Sales reporting tools
