You'll work closely with clients to understand their energy needs, conduct site assessments and design tailored solar solutions that deliver real value. From compiling technical proposals and costings to supporting the sales team with engineering expertise, you'll play a key role throughout the sales process. You'll enjoy this opportunity because it combines technical problem-solving with relationship-building, giving you the chance to influence projects from concept through to deal closure.
You'll join a growing business operating within the renewable energy sector, known for delivering innovative energy solutions across South Africa. A Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with at least 3 years' experience within the solar or renewable energy industry. Previous exposure to technical sales or a strong client-facing engineering role is essential. You'll also need solid proposal development skills, commercial awareness and the ability to present technical concepts clearly and professionally.
