About the position

Well Established Company on the East Rand seeks an Industrial engineer as a Technical Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning department and mentor team members.
  • Oversee drafting, process planning, and project fabrication.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for on-time delivery.
  • Use software to generate reports, schedules, and insights.

Requirements:
  • NQF Level 7 in Industrial Engineering.
  • 5+ years’ industrial engineering experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
  • Knowledge of MS Power BI, Python, or SQL is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and lean manufacturing knowledge.

Note: Candidates may undergo assessments relevant to the role.
