About the position

Technical Manager - Electronic Security

Area: Honeydew, Roodepoort. Gauteng.

Salary package: Basic Salary: R27000 negotiable, plus Provident Fund, Medical Aid, 13th Cheque and Discretionary Performance Bonus

Overview: To lead and manage a technical security installation team on a national basis.

Duties:

• Lead and manage a national team of technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Oversee installations, maintenance, repairs, and technical projects nationwide.
• Provide technical support, coaching, and performance management to technicians.
• Manage customer escalations and resolve complex technical issues.
• Monitor stock control, technician productivity, and operational performance.
• Prepare payroll inputs, performance reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 Years Relevant Technical Experience (CCTV, Access Control, Alarms etc.)
• Min 2 Years Supervisory / Management experience
• Experience working with Microsoft Packages, especially Excel
• Experience working with stock and management thereof
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
