About the position
Reverside is an established IT services provider delivering high-quality Software Development, IT Resourcing, Digital Transformation, and Systems Support solutions. Reverside is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Information Analyst with strong SQL expertise and a solid understanding of data structures. The successful candidate will be responsible for data analysis, technical documentation, data mapping specifications, testing activities, and ensuring the quality and integrity of data solutions. Key Responsibilities • Analyse and interpret data to support business and technical requirements. • Develop and maintain technical specifications and documentation. • Build and support data pipelines using low-code development tools. • Design, execute, and validate test cases to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Perform SQL querying, data analysis, and troubleshooting. • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. • Identify data issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Maintain documentation aligned with system and process changes. Mandatory Skills • Strong SQL skills (complex joins, queries, and data manipulation) • Data Analysis and Data Mapping • Relational Databases and Data Structures • Technical Specifications and Documentation • Data Testing and Validation • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving • Strong Analytical Skills • Attention to Detail Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Advantageous Skills • Exposure to or experience with Databricks • Experience with Low-Code Development Platforms • Data Pipeline Development Core Competencies • Strong analytical thinking • Excellent written and verbal communication • Organised and methodical approach • Ability to work independently and within a team • High attention to detail and accuracy
