  • Elicit, document, and validate clear, structured business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Investigate and analyse technical or data-related issues within SAP systems and related platforms.
  • Collaborate with SAP developers, integration teams, and solution architects to implement changes.
  • Facilitate technical system integrations including defining connection and data flow requirements.
  • Document end-to-end processes, functional designs, data mappings, and configuration logic.
  • Develop and execute manual test plans and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Support data quality checks, issue resolution, and post-deployment validation.
  • Participate in daily Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
  • Drive alignment between business processes and system design across cross-functional teams.
  • Work across multiple time zones and support global stakeholders.
Your Superpowers for Success (Requirements):
  • Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • 6+ years as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in IT projects.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience working on SAP systems (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP Logistics modules).
  • Strong skills in business process modelling (e.g., BPMN), testing, and defect triage.
  • Ability to navigate SAP GUI, extract data, and understand basic configuration/data flows
