What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll take full ownership of coordinating the daily operations of a busy technical service department. This includes scheduling technicians, handling spare parts orders, monitoring inventory, processing service requests, managing quotes and timesheets, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional after-sales support. What you'll need You have a matric qualification and have worked in a customer-focused service environment before and are confident managing logistics, scheduling, and admin processes. You've got great communication skills, and ideally, exposure to SAP Business One or a similar software program. Technical understanding of dispatch or service environments is a bonus, as is experience liaising with field teams.
