We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Administration Intern to support our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This internship provides a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations, talent administration, and office support within an inclusive and fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in supporting our team to ensure seamless hiring processes while developing your professional skills in the human resources field. Duties & Responsibilities As a Talent Administration Intern, your key responsibilities will include: Day-to-Day Desired Experience & Qualification The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and attributes:
- Typing and formatting CVs with attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Conducting reference checks for candidates, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality throughout the process.
- Providing office support to the Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate correspondence, and other administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintaining up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensuring data compliance.
- Assisting in drafting and updating job descriptions and templates when required.
- Supporting team initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and considering DEI principles in all interactions.
- Collaborating with team members on special projects and assignments as directed.
On a typical day, you can expect to:
- Start the day by reviewing and organizing incoming candidate applications and requests.
- Format and prepare CVs for consideration by recruiters, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates, documenting findings accurately.
- Work alongside the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate and confirm interview schedules.
- Update the Applicant Tracking System with the latest candidate communications and information.
- Assist with office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries.
- Collaborate in team meetings and brainstorm ways to improve recruitment processes.
- Take part in occasional training sessions to enhance your knowledge of HR practices.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong typing skills with attention to grammar, accuracy, and formatting.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS or similar HR systems is a plus.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.
