Are you a passionate retail leader with a flair for fashion and a drive for sales excellence? We're looking for a dynamic Store Manager to take charge of a premium retail store based in Canal Walk.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Overseeing all store operations including sales, stock control, and visual merchandising
- Driving sales and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved
- Leading, developing, and motivating your team to deliver excellent service
- Managing stock levels, shrinkage, and inventory accuracy
- Maintaining high standards of store presentation and housekeeping
- Handling customer queries, complaints, and building long-term client relationships
- Recruiting, training, and developing staff
- Ensuring policies, procedures, and company standards are adhered to
What We’re Looking For:
- Matric is essential (a tertiary qualification in retail or commerce is an advantage)
- A proven track record in retail and customer service
- 2+ years’ experience in a retail leadership role (preferred)
- A confident, professional, and target-driven individual
- Strong leadership, people management, and organisational skills
- Someone with a passion for fashion, trends, and creating a great customer experience
- Able to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment
