The Role: Store Assistant
The Store Assistant supports the Retail Store Manager with daily store operations, customer service, and sales. The role involves engaging with customers, assisting with product selection, and ensuring the store remains well-presented and operationally efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases
• Provide basic product information and refer technical queries when required
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and stock displays
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately
• Assist with stock receiving and stock counts
• Support daily opening and closing procedures

About You

• Previous retail or customer service experience advantageous
• Willingness to learn about water purification products
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends if required
• Own car and valid drivers license highly advantageous, or proven reliable transport to Fourways
