Sales Force Developer

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, customize, and maintain our Salesforce instance while ensuring compliance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create technical solutions that enhance user experience and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Salesforce requirements and manage data.
- Provide user support and develop solutions for sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Create workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrate with third-party platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and security; provide technical support and training.
- Document processes, collaborate for performance improvement, and participate in code reviews.
- Stay updated with Salesforce features and create API flows using iPaaS services.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of Salesforce configuration and customization experience.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Familiar with Salesforce data migration and Agile methodologies.
Behavioral Competencies: - Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certification(s).
