Location: Bloemfontein
Working Hours: 07:00 - 17:00
Salary: Market-related remuneration based on experience.
About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily logistics and fleet operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficient route planning, driver supervision, fleet compliance, operational reporting, and customer service delivery while maintaining high safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily driver attendance, performance, and compliance.
• Coordinate route planning, vehicle dispatch, loading, and deliveries.
• Monitor fleet utilisation, vehicle inspections, maintenance, and roadworthiness.
• Ensure compliance with driver documentation, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Manage fuel usage, vehicle tracking, and fleet control processes.
• Conduct driver debriefings and monitor delivery performance.
• Compile and submit operational and fleet-related reports.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure SLA and KPI requirements are achieved.
• Promote a safe, organised, and compliant work environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the logistics/transport industry.
• At least 3 years' supervisory experience.
• Strong fleet, route planning, and distribution knowledge.
• Sound geographical knowledge of the Bloemfontein and surrounding areas.
