Role Overview
We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate blue-collar temporary associates within a TES (Temporary Employment Services) environment. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused setting and has strong operational and compliance experience.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver client services in line with Service Level Agreements
• Recruit, onboard, and manage temporary associates
• Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and daily operations
• Ensure 100% accurate payroll documentation for processing
• Maintain compliance with labour laws (BCEA, LRA, Health & Safety, WCA/IOD)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain associate records, timesheets, and reporting accuracy
• Ensure workplace health & safety standards are met
• Contribute to business growth by increasing associate headcount
• Collaborate with Payroll and Finance for smooth operations

Key Performance Indicators

• Growth in associate headcount per client
• Strong client relationship management
• Accurate payroll and reporting processes
• Cost control and margin maintenance
• Operational and legislative compliance
