You're detail-obsessed, highly organised and thrive on structure and accuracy. You're also a proactive problem-solver who enjoys leading projects, digging into technical accounting challenges, and collaborating across teams. You have a natural ability to build relationships and influence others while juggling deadlines with calm precision.
You'll take full ownership of the month-end and year-end close for various group entities, preparing financial records in line with IFRS and producing detailed balance sheets, income statements, reconciliations and tax filings. You'll lead technical accounting for major group projects like acquisitions, research complex accounting issues, draft technical papers for auditors and directors, and support monthly consolidations. Your work will directly support strategic decision-making across the group.

You're a qualified CA(SA) with solid experience in group finance roles, particularly across multi-jurisdictional entities and intercompany transactions. You've worked in financial services and are comfortable interpreting IFRS, managing statutory reporting, and preparing technical accounting papers. You'll be a confident Excel user and ideally familiar with Business Central or similar accounting systems. Most importantly, you bring rigour, commercial awareness, and a proactive mindset.
