What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)
You'll design and implement tailored IT solutions for a variety of clients, ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and high-performing. From deploying servers, networks, and cloud platforms to proactively monitoring and maintaining infrastructure, you'll ensure stability and efficiency. You'll act as the escalation point for technical issues, lead projects from start to finish, and guide junior engineers. Regular client interactions, including audits, roadmaps, and IT strategy discussions, will keep your work varied and impactful.

What you'll need
You'll bring 8-10 years' experience as a Systems Engineer, ideally within an MSP environment, supported by relevant IT qualifications (degree, diploma, CompTIA or equivalent) and Microsoft 365 certifications. You'll have proven expertise in Microsoft tenant management, server technologies, networking, and virtualisation (Hyper-V or VMware). Experience with firewalls, RMM/PSA tools, and project management will be a strong advantage.
