About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this executive-level role, you will play a critical part in ensuring product quality by designing and implementing robust testing processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools, with at least 5 years of experience in a QA environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Collaborate with the QA Manager, Product Manager, and development teams
- Implement and maintain QA methodologies and best practices
- Conduct manual and automated testing where applicable
- Identify, log, and track bugs and defects using QA tools
- Continuously assess and improve testing procedures
- Provide clear documentation and QA reports to key stakeholders
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Strong understanding of QA processes, methodologies (Agile/Scrum), and lifecycle
- Experience using QA tools (e.g., Jira, Selenium, TestRail, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in executive-level QA environments or fast-paced product teams
- Exposure to both manual and automated testing tools
