What you'll be doing
You'll play a key role in ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time by driving headcount planning, supporting portfolio management, and partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.
You'll also take ownership of our Graduate Tech Academy, helping to attract, develop, and mentor the next generation of technology professionals.
Headcount & Portfolio Management
- Administer headcount planning related to the sourcing process.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning and portfolio prioritisation.
- Develop and enhance frameworks, tools, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to capacity, budget, and portfolio delivery.
- Lead cross-functional meetings and workshops to align headcount demand, supply, and portfolio progress.
- Drive process improvements and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy in headcount and portfolio tracking.
Graduate Programme Management
- Manage the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the Graduate Tech Academy.
- Partner with business stakeholders and external partners to develop and enhance graduate development programmes.
- Lead graduate recruitment, onboarding, and engagement activities.
- Monitor programme performance, graduate progress, and retention metrics.
- Mentor graduates, providing career guidance and supporting their development.
- Promote talent development initiatives across the organisation.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
- Experience in workforce planning, portfolio management, business administration, or related functions.
- Experience managing or leading graduate or early talent programmes is advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Essential Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams).
- End-to-end business administration experience (offers, resource planning, sourcing processes, etc.).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to understand and interpret business needs and requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
