Lead and manage the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Monitor organisational performance against budgets, analyse variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure sound financial governance, internal controls, and compliance with relevant legislation (PFMA, Treasury Regulations, IFRS, GRAP).
Oversee costing and pricing functions to drive competitiveness and commercial success.
Engage with auditors, risk management, and other assurance providers.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals to deliver at the highest level.
Holds a BCom Honours in Finance or related field (NQF 8).
Is a Chartered Accountant (SA) or CIMA qualified professional.
Brings at least 10 years' management accounting experience, including 3 years at senior management level.
Has strong expertise in budgeting, financial management systems, and strategic planning.
Understands PFMA, Treasury Regulations, IFRS & GRAP.
Demonstrates exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Is solution-oriented, commercially astute, and committed to excellence.
