The Role: Senior Interior Designer
As the Senior Interior Designer, you'll lead design projects from concept to completion, shaping the spaces where people work, connect, and create. You'll be responsible for driving the creative vision, ensuring design integrity, and managing project workflows across concept development, technical documentation, and on-site execution. This role suits a confident designer who combines creative flair with technical excellence and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full design process from client brief to project completion.
• Develop creative design concepts, space plans, and presentations.
• Produce detailed construction and technical drawings.
• Select and specify FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) in alignment with client's vision and budget.
• Oversee on-site progress and quality to ensure alignment with design intent.
• Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and project managers.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
• Stay current on interior design trends, sustainability principles, and workplace innovations.

About You

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in interior design, preferably in corporate/commercial interiors.
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
• Strong technical knowledge of space planning and construction drawings.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Highly organized with proven project management experience.
• Passionate about creating inspiring, functional workspaces.
• Confident in leading client presentations and design reviews.
