Senior Grain Grader

About the position

Locations: Prieska, Morgenzon, Oranjerivier, Fouriesburg, Marseilles

Core Purpose of the Position:
To assist Silo Management with silo operations and the accurate, ethical, and fair grading of commodities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Relevant post-school qualification advantageous
• Completed grain grading courses
• Experience in food safety will be advantageous
• Valid driver's licence

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Physically capable of performing required tasks (e.g., climbing silos)
• Strong administrative orientation
• Willingness to work long hours when required
