About the position

Role Summary:
Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will bridge business needs with technical delivery, ensuring requirements are captured accurately and translated into effective solutions.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels to understand business needs and priorities.
  • Create process flows, user stories, and use case scenarios.
  • Facilitate workshops and JAD sessions.
  • Support solution design, testing, and implementation phases.


Requirements:

  • Matric and a Tertiary Qualification.
  • 8-10 years experience as a Business Analyst in IT-driven projects.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work across business and technical teams.
  • Advantageous: Prior experience in banking or financial services environments.
