Senior Business Analyst (Finance)
Location: On-site - Kuils River, Cape Town
Salary: R70,000 per month CTC
Type: Full-time, permanent
A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team. This is a high-impact, on-site role focused on improving financial systems and processes across lending, credit, and compliance environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements
- Drive improvements across finance systems and operational workflows
- Document and manage business requirements throughout the SDLC
- Collaborate closely with product, compliance, and technology teams
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and support successful implementation of solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years' experience in a formal Business Analyst role
- Finance-related qualification (e.g. BCom, Accounting, Finance, Financial Information Systems)
- Formal Business Analysis certification (FTI, BCS, IIBA, or equivalent)
- Experience in financial services, credit, lending, or payments environments preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and process modelling frameworks
