About the position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with exceptional analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. This role will act as the vital link between business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives and delivered to high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyse, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather business needs and define priorities.
- Develop process flows, user stories, and use case scenarios.
- Facilitate workshops, Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, and other collaborative forums.
- Support solution design, testing, and implementation phases.
Requirements:
- Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification.
- 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT-driven projects.
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Proven track record working across business and technical teams.
- Advantageous: Experience in banking or financial services.
