About the position
Looking to recruit a Senior Backend Engineer to help scale our clients' systems and integrations.
In this role, you'll work across cross-functional teams to architect scalable solutions, improve system performance, and guide junior developers-contributing meaningfully to our client's mission of revolutionising compliance monitoring.
Key Requirements
- At least 6+ years of backend web development
- Experience in SaaS startups
- CRM systems experience and telephony systems.
- Leadership experience mentoring junior developers
- Postgres and RDBMS
- Experience scaling web applications and architecting scalable systems
- Maintain integrations and unit test experience
- Expereince with end-to-end tests, message brokers, Kafka
