About the position
An established and fast-growing FMCG manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Application Technologist to join its Research & Development team.
????????????????????????:
? Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Consumer Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
? 5+ years of experience within the beverage industry.
? Proven experience in beverage formulation and product development.
? Strong understanding of ingredients, flavour systems, processing methods, and manufacturing environments.
? Knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, and relevant regulatory requirements.
? Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
? Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
? Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
