About the position
ENVIRONMENT:
JOIN the team of a global Logistics Operation seeking the coding expertise of a Senior AI & Automation Specialist with 5+ years’ experience delivering production automation solutions. You will create, implement, and support automated business processes that drive operational efficiencies across the organization. Working under the direction of our AI & Automation Lead, you'll translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, partner with vendors to scale automation, and give valuable time back to our operations and business stakeholders. They are looking for a technologist at heart with advanced hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform—including Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.
DUTIES:
- Vet new technologies through research, building proof of concepts, and delivering actionable solutions to real business problems.
- Implement complex orchestrations, integrations, and AI-driven processes using SOLID engineering patterns, develop custom connectors, and apply best practices like reusable components and structured testing.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and iterate effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ Years of experience delivering production automation solutions.
- Your technical toolkit should include Software Development skills in .NET/C# or JavaScript/TypeScript, strong understanding of REST APIs and Azure services, and practical AI implementation experience with LLM-based capabilities, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI.
