Sectional Title Portfolio Manager

About the position

We are a medium sized company, situated in Pretoria - East. We are looking for an experienced Sectional Title Portfolio Manager to join our team in managing and building our Sectional Title portfolio. We have schemes all over Pretoria, but are based in the East of Pretoria. We are working closely with our developer partner company and currently we are growing at a rapid rate.
We need someone that understand the Body Corporate environment and has the relevant people skills to communicate with our trustees and owners.

Duties

• Keep records and do monthly reporting on the condition of all sectional title complexes.
• Attend trustee and Annual General Meetings and give proper feedback to the stakeholders. This includes but is not limited to preparing the Minutes of the Meeting, preparing the agenda,
• Handle and manage complaints and queries that may come from Trustees, Owners, Chair, or directors.
• Must know the Sectional title law.
• Handle insurance claims
• Must communicate regulatory with Trustees, Chair and directors of various complexes and build a good relationship with them.
• Assist to get necessary approval for payments.
• Assist with debt collections where needed.
• Manage caretakers and ensure their duties is done.

Qualifications:

5 Years experience
Relevant NQF4 or NQF5 qualifications will be an advantage
Must know Sectional Title Scheme Management act
Must have Excel knowledge
