Key Responsibilities
- Conduct career guidance presentations at high schools.
- Build and maintain relationships with principals, educators, Life Orientation teachers, and career guidance counsellors.
- Visit schools, attend career expos, open days, and recruitment events.
- Generate quality student leads and achieve recruitment targets.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents regarding programmes and admissions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and student databases.
- Promote the institution's brand across assigned schools and regions.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly activity and lead generation reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in marketing, student recruitment, sales, or the education sector.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking ability.
- Target-driven with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
