You're a confident, self-starting sales professional who thrives in a technical, field-based environment. You know how to build rapport with clients, identify opportunities, and close deals - all while staying organised and goal-focused. If you're energised by targets and love autonomy, this role is calling your name.
You'll be out in the field developing long-term relationships with key clients in the mining and industrial sectors. Your day-to-day will involve identifying new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, and presenting technical solutions in collaboration with internal teams. Regular site visits to major mining areas - including Rustenburg - will keep your week dynamic. From prospecting to closing, you'll own the full sales cycle and enjoy the variety and independence this brings.
You'll be joining a well-established engineering and solutions provider operating across the mining and industrial sectors in Southern Africa. This organisation is known for its innovative, tailor-made systems and high-quality service. With a reputation for technical expertise and long-standing industry relationships, the company fosters a flexible, field-focused culture where initiative and performance are valued.
You've got 4-5 years of sales experience under your belt, ideally with exposure to mining or industrial clients. A technical background - or at least a strong aptitude for understanding technical solutions - will help you stand out. You'll also need excellent communication and negotiation skills, a valid driver's licence, and the drive to meet and exceed targets.
A competitive R60,000 CTC monthly package, including a company car, fuel, and cellphone. Flexible working and no daily office requirement make this an ideal role for motivated self-starters.
