About the position
Vacancy for the abovementioned exists at a primary ingredient manufacturer. This conscientious incumbent will plan and implement sales and marketing activities and also develop new business in order to meet targets for retention, growth and profitability. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
Negotiate and close deals
Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, accounts etc)
Daily & weekly sales meetings
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in a road-based role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Comfortable with frequent travel and overnight stays
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Pastel Evolution experience an advantage
