About the position
We're looking for a Sales Performance & Insights Specialist to join a dynamic wholesale sales team based in Paarden Eiland. This mid-level role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, lives for KPIs, and enjoys collaborating across sales, finance, and operations.
What you'll do:
- Track and forecast sales performance with accuracy
- Build performance dashboards and reports (Excel/SAP/Power BI)
- Analyse customer trends & margins to drive strategic decisions
- Lead internal meetings and drive team accountability
- Support planning, budgeting & compliance processes
What you bring:
- 3 5 years in sales analytics or commercial planning
- Advanced Excel and SAP know-how (Power BI is a bonus)
- A self-starter mindset with the grit to get things done
- Experience in FMCG or wholesale? Even better.
