This includes growing market share, expanding into new segments, and engaging directly with key stakeholders like engineering consultants and procurement managers. You'll oversee tenders and proposals, manage the entire sales cycle, and lead a national sales team - coaching them in solution-based selling and technical excellence. Your role also includes close collaboration with operations, marketing, and engineering to ensure a seamless customer experience. What you'll need You've got 5-7 years' experience in technical sales, ideally within pumps, filtration, or water treatment. You've successfully led and developed sales teams and consistently met or exceeded targets. You understand complex project-based sales, have strong CRM and digital tools experience, and bring technical depth in fluid management systems.
