About the position

Our client a global leader in experiential marketing, specialising in in-store media solutions such as digital signage, on-premise music, and scent marketing are looking to appoint a Sales, Logistics and Projects Assistant to join their dynamic team in Sandton. 

Provide end-to-end administrative  and operational support across various divisions within the business. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge and experience working with ERP and CRM systems.

Role entails sales support, procurement and supplier co-ordination, customer operations, inventory management, office admin and general support.

If you are detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you.
Minimum Requirements:









  • Proven experience in an administrative, sales support, procurement, logistics, or operations coordination role.
  • Strong computer literacy, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working with ERP/CRM systems, with Odoo experience considered advantageous, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
