What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll lead sales efforts across Southern and Eastern Africa, focusing on clients in the dairy or bottling industries. Your role will span new business development and key account management, including identifying opportunities, managing the full sales process, and collaborating with internal technical and service teams to deliver solutions. You'll be customer-facing, analysing markets, planning budgets, and using tools like CRM to manage leads and capture activities. You'll also contribute to product development priorities and take part in international training programmes. What you'll need A technical or commercial degree (BSc/BTech in Engineering or similar), plus at least 5 years' experience in a technical sales environment. Experience working with clients in the dairy or bottling sectors is essential. You'll need a sound understanding of process engineering and a proven track record of managing the full sales cycle across diverse regions. Strong communication, CRM usage, international negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently are key. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages being a plus.
