The Role: Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in the growth engine of the company. Working closely with Account Executives and the broader Sales team, you will identify high-value prospects and initiate outreach to book quality meetings with enterprise-level clients. This is a fully remote position for someone who is driven, coachable, and loves the thrill of connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build high-quality lead lists
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage prospects
  • Book meetings with senior decision-makers at target enterprise companies
  • Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in HubSpot CRM
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lusha to identify and qualify leads
  • Join sales calls via Zoom and receive coaching through Gong recordings
  • Contribute to a culture of experimentation, feedback, and continuous improvement

About You

  • 1-2+ years of proven success in outbound sales or SDR roles
  • Confident speaking with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Resilient and tenaciouscomfortable handling rejection and objections
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Growth mindsetopen to feedback, eager to learn, and proactive in improving
  • Experience using HubSpot, Sales Nav, Lusha, and Gong is a plus
  • Bonus: Knowledge or experience in the construction or construction-tech sector
