About the position

Sales Consultant – Sandton City – Premium Hair Restoration | R25 000 Basic + Commission

 

The Opportunity

This is not a high-volume sales role. This is a high-trust, high-value position for someone who knows how to influence, guide, and close with confidence. You will earn a R25 000 basic salary and OTE R60 000, with strong monthly upside based on your own performance. You will be based in Sandton City, representing a respected global brand with clinics in New York, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Miami, London, Paris, Milan, Dubai, Toronto, Sydney, and Johannesburg. This role offers visibility, credibility, and long-term growth for a sales professional who wants to operate at a higher level.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run high-quality in-person and virtual consultations with qualified prospective clients.
  
  
• Guide clients through personal, high-value decisions using clear, confident communication.
  
  
• Drive monthly conversion targets while maintaining a premium client experience.
  
  
• Build strong client relationships before and after the sale through disciplined follow-ups.
  
  
• Manage your pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring no lead is left unattended.
  
  
• Lead by example through appearance, punctuality, professionalism, and work ethic.
  
  
• Set the standard for junior team members through daily behaviour and consistency.
  
  

 

Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in consultative sales within luxury, medical, real estate, or premium services.
  
  
• Proven success in closing high-ticket deals with long decision cycles.
  
  
• Strong emotional intelligence and confidence working with discerning clients.
  
  
• Comfortable owning targets, pipeline, and results without close supervision.
  
  
• Solid experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office beyond a basic level.
  
  
• Professional image, strong presence, and disciplined follow-through are essential.
