About the position

Job Description: Position: Sales Consultant

Location: Sandton, Randburg , Johannesburg, South Africa

Compensation:

Tenured candidates: 10,000 to 15,000 RANDS/month + incentives

Freshers: 6,000 to 6,500 Rands/month + incentives
Working Days: 6 days a week, with alternating Saturdays
Shift Timing: 8 AM - 5 PM
Notice Period: Immediate or one week
Industry- Education sector

Role Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth and exceed targets

Call 150+ customers daily

Build long-term customer relationships

Work with a motivated team to expand business

What We're Looking For:

0-4 years of sales experience

Excellent communication skills (English required)

Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Self-driven and ambitious

Position: Business Sales Consultant /Sales Manager
Location: Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa -Sandton / Rosebank
CTC:( Compensation for Tenured Candidates) - 10000 to 12000 Rands per month+ Lucrative incentives.
Compensation for Fresher's- 6000 to 6500 Rands per month
Working Days: 5 working days (Monday to Friday) Candidate has to flexible for Saturday working as per business requirement
1 year Sales experience, Preferred Edtech Sales & business is ok to take candidates from other industry & Fresher as well
Shift Timing: -8 AM to 5 PM
Age of Talent -Age 35
Notice Period-Immediate Joining or One week

Innovate and execute strategies for business expansion
Dial 150+ to 200 call daily to customers per day and drive sales growth
Surpass sales targets and document your journey

Position: Telesales Consultant - Regenesys Business School
Location: Sandton, Johannesburg (This is a Work-from-Office role - attendance at our office is mandatory)
Salary: Basic + Uncapped Commission
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

  • Make 120+ outbound sales calls daily to prospective students

What You Need to Succeed:

Employment Terms & Conditions:

  • Training Requirement: A mandatory 2-week on-site training period (Monday to Saturday). 100% attendance is required. Failure to complete training in full will result in disqualification from the role.
  • Work Arrangement: This is a full-time, work-from-office position. Remote work is not available.
  • Contract Type:
  • If you are currently unemployed or on a fixed-term contract (FTC) and are selected to join Regenesys, you will be issued a 6-month fixed-term contract with monthly performance targets.
  • If you are currently in a permanent role and accept an offer from Regenesys, you will be issued a permanent employment contract, provided you can prove your current permanent employment status through your existing employment contract and recent payslips. You will be on a 6-month probation with monthly performance targets.
