Sales Assistant

About the position

Well established company on the East Rand seeks an Internal Sales Administrator to join their team
Minimum Requirements

• Matric 
• Valid drivers license and own vehicle 
• Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration or customer service role (B2B environment preferred)
• Previous experience in sourcing suppliers, preparing quotations, calculating mark ups essential 
• Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Key Duties

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders and internal documentation
• Sourcing of promotional products and corporate gifts as per client specification.
• Liaise with the Design department for approvals and artwork
• Follow up on client queries, approvals and outstanding information
• Manage production of all orders and ensuring orders are delivered as per company SLA’s and/or to meet clients delivery deadline
• Maintain accurate client records, pricing and job status updates
• Support account managers with presentations, samples and proposals where required
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards
