About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Administrator and Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the crucial link between our digital community, the public, and our sales team, ensuring a seamless and efficient flow of inquiries and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community & Inquiry Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming inquiries from the public, whether direct or indirect, including those from social media platforms and other digital ad campaigns.
• Lead Coordination: Filter and direct qualified inquiries to the appropriate members of the sales team, ensuring a timely and professional hand-off.
• Sales Administration: Accurately process and track all orders through the company's administrative system.
• Customer Service: Communicate directly with customers to provide order updates, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with the marketing and social media teams to provide feedback on the customer journey and to ensure a unified approach.

Requirements:

• A minimum of three years of experience in a sales, administrative, or similar role.
• Proven experience in managing digital communities and handling social media inquiries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to communicate comfortably and professionally with large teams and a diverse range of clients.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude.
