About the position
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Administration Manager to lead new business development and manage existing merchant relationships in Namibia. This role combines sales execution, client relationship management, and administrative oversight, making it ideal for a proactive individual with strong business acumen and a passion for the payments or financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new merchant accounts to grow market share
- Manage and retain existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling payment solutions
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business goals
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of payment gateway products and solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Oversee administrative responsibilities related to sales operations
Minimum Requirements
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Experience managing client relationships and growing accounts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within Namibia
Advantageous
- Experience in the payments, fintech, or banking industry
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or related field
