Revit Modeller

About the position

Our client is seeking an experienced Revit Modeller to join their team in either their Cape Town or Durban office. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating accurate and detailed 3D models, supporting design teams, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Revit 3D models for architectural, structural, and MEP projects
• Produce detailed drawings, plans, and schedules from Revit models
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure design accuracy
• Maintain model integrity and compliance with project standards and best practices
• Assist in the coordination of multidisciplinary design information
• Support project teams throughout design and construction phases

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Revit Modeller
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and workflows
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
