About the position

We are seeking a highly experienced and exceptionally organized Administrator to join our team. This is a senior-level role requiring strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to lead and guide our Front of House (FOH) team in completing all operational and administrative duties to the highest standard.

Testing in Microsoft Office will be conducted during interviews to confirm ability. Bookkeeping experience will be considered a strong advantage.

This role is critical in ensuring that our FOH team can focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences, while all administrative and operational tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of all administrative tasks related to FOH operations
  • Ensure proper completion of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols
  • Assist in creating, refining, and implementing new SOPs to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Review and verify daily opening and closing duties
  • Check and ensure that guest tickets are processed correctly and efficiently
  • Ensure Fines issued to staff are signed and processed in line with company policy
  • Maintain accurate and complete attendance records
  • Review and correct all operational documentation before submission
  • Lead, guide, and train FOH staff to complete administrative duties correctly and in full
  • Work closely with the Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' proven experience in administration or operations support (retail or hospitality preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - advanced skills required
  • Bookkeeping knowledge or experience is an advantage
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to lead, train, and mentor staff in administrative processes
  • Experience in developing and implementing SOPs
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
